This unique ladies only exercise class aims to target and tone all the major areas of the body including arms, stomach, bottom and legs. The member with the most improved fitness levels will receive a clothes voucher for £25. The class is suitable for all fitness levels with each member being pushed and developed at their own pace. Each class member is provided with mobile health and fitness assessments, with detailed report, every 12 weeks to measure their fitness improvement. Current members enjoy the variety and challenge of the class in a fun and friendly style.

A ladies only exercise class that focuses of the main elements of fitness. The class is split into three parts a cardio vascular blitz, muscle toning circuits and floor work. A moderate intensity class with a limited number of spaces allowing members to be pushed and encouraged through greater instructor contact. The class includes before and after health and fitness assessments, with a detailed report every 12 weeks to measure their fitness improvements.

A mixed gender exercise class providing the class members with a variety of circuit based activities. The class is open to individuals of varying fitness levels with the emphasis on exercising in a fun and social setting. This class is ideal for a beginner or an individual new to circuit training due to the relaxed and friendly nature of the session.

A men only exercise class that develops the major components of fitness such as muscular strength, muscular endurance, speed, flexibility and cardio respiratory fitness. A moderate to high intensity workout that motivates the member to achieve their goals. The current class members have all significantly increased their fitness levels. The class includes before and after health and fitness assessments, with a detailed report, every 12 weeks to measure their fitness improvements.

The ultimate exercise class that will push you to your limits. This class is outdoors and makes excellent use of the varied surroundings of Iron Mills park. A moderate to high intensity class that has been developed through consultation with a current Royal Marine Commando PTI. The class is a mixed gender session comprising of running drills, wooded runs, body weight exercises and the famous water tower steps. Current members enjoy the challenge and the team building aspect. All you need is trainers, comfortable clothing and will power!
